  • What is the Warranty on your products?
    We provide One Year full Warranty from point of receipt. Some of our suppliers provide Two year warranty and some even provide a lifetime guarantee on certain components in their products. for more information email
  • Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?
    Yes we ship to some EU countries at this time. You will be expected to pay for all customs charges. If you choose not to pay the customs charge items that are returned to our warehouse will be put back into stock and a credit note will be issued for the value of your order.
  • Order times / Delivery Times
    Most of our products we have in stock so if you order before 3pm we will ship next day. Delivery Time is from 3-5 business days. Special Orders delivery time can be up to 14 business days as we order these direct from the manufacturers. Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers to you - Delivery time on these Products are approx 5 - 10 business days We use UPS special delivery on all shipments form our warehouse. All shipping is Tracked. Shippers from our suppliers vary. You will be given a link to the tracking where you can monitor in real time. for more information please email
  • My Package is lost, What do I do?"
    We send all shipments via UPS and will provide you with tracking via email when these leave our offices. If for any reason a package goes AWOL please reach out to us at and we will try our utmost to have UPS look into this for you. Please note you need to insure the delivery address is correct at the time of order - We cannot and will not be responsable for any mistakes made during the ordring process.     You can check your Order via the Orders page. We usually send orders next day with 3-5 business day delivery via UPS if shipping from the UK warehouse. For orders from our International warehouse we usually get the item in your hands within 7 -10 business days.
